At some of my recent open meetings and via contact with my office, some of my constituents have told me about issues they have been facing in their Bellway properties. These include at Bishops Field (Fordham), Hares Run (Fordham) and Manor Road (Witchford).
In response, I called a meeting with Bellway Homes to hold them accountable.
I will be updating all residents that have written to me in due course, and I am pleased that Bellway have pledged to reach out to all residents at both Fordham sites to ask if they have any outstanding defects that they can remedy.
