I was pleased to visit Rev Sue Giles and her team of volunteers in Bottisham on Friday as part of my COVID Community Champion Awards.

Throughout the pandemic, Sue and her team supported vulnerable and elderly neighbours, including setting up two helplines that were staffed by volunteers. They also helped to deliver groceries from the local shop and collected prescriptions and medication.

This community measure was a real lifeline - thank you again to Sue and her team for serving the community of Bottisham and the surrounding area!
