Businesses in the most rural areas of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough are set to benefit fromsuperfast broadband after a successful bid for over £4m government funding by the Connecting Cambridgeshire digital connectivity programme.
Last week Cambridgeshire MPs Lucy Frazer and Jonathan Djanogly met with new CEO of Govia Thameslink, Patrick Verwer. In the meeting, which was held on 18th July, asurrance was given that the new interim timetable is working and that the situation is now much improved.
In a meeting with David Bray of Highways England on Friday 6th July, Lucy Frazer MP, reinforcing the work of the A14 Action group, pushed for more positive action on behalf of residents impacted by the A14 works.
